"Pros: The resort has two pools and a private beach for guests. It is close to the marina and town. We walked to numerous off-resort restaurants that were between 5 minutes and 25 minutes walking distance. The staff is friendly. The room we stayed in was large with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and a balcony. Cons: The absolute biggest negative was the rock hard bed! I have slept on firm hotel beds before, but this one was the worst ever. It really was like sleeping on a concrete slab! My wife and I tossed and turned trying to get comfortable and woke up every morning with a back ache. If you don’t like an extremely firm mattress I would not recommend staying here. The junior suite room description on Expedia said it was an “ocean view.” When checking in I inquired if the room we were assigned to had a view and the front desk clerk said junior rooms only have “partial views.” The view from our second floor balcony was mostly of the pool with a disappointing “tiny slice” of a bay view. The main room air conditioner constantly rattled, even on low speed. Low speed did not work on the air conditioner in the bedroom. The main room television screen had eight large bright white dots on it - obviously needs to be replaced. The coffee machine in the room is obsolete and needs to be replaced. And after you use the one complimentary coffee packet you are charged. I just walked to the hotel’s coffee shop for my morning jo. The two on-site restaurants offered few gluten free options."

"The resort was great. Our suite was in än older building but it was well kept. We had all inclusive and most of the restaurants were ok. The only one that we liked was the Japanese restaurant which we did dinner twice. The shuttle service was very sufficient. Getting around the resort was very easy. We forgot how windy Cabo could get and we got the entire windy week which somewhat took some of the fun out of it."

"The staff service was wonderful; they were always willing to help and provided great advice. However, the rooms could use some updates. The floor tiles have some issues, and the bathroom shower needs new caulking. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic. On some days, key ingredients from the menu were missing—for example, pancakes were served without syrup, only white bread was available without jam, and there was no regular juice offered, just water or hibiscus water (agua de Jamaica)."
