"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. We stayed from Thursday through Tuesday as a family, and our ocean-facing suite was a highlight—the view alone made the trip feel special. Waking up to the ocean every day was just beautiful. One of the standout parts of our experience was the pool staff. Edwin, in particular, was fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The food options were also a big win for us. The 24-hour café quickly became one of my favorite spots (especially for desserts!), and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. Room service was consistently fast and reliable, which made everything feel easy and relaxing. Overall, the resort offered a great balance of comfort, service, and convenience. We would definitely come back again. "

"Upgrading to a swim out room meant not having to locate a pool-side lounger when wanted. All staff polite and eager to assist. Beautifully kept resort. Concierge staff (Gabriel and Diane) so kind and professional. Enrique (Ayami) and Benjamin (Risotto) stand-out servers. Dinner meals beautifully presented. Resort ideally situated between San Jose & Los Cabos (via Uber). Fabulous two week stay. Muchas gracias"

"This place is very beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The staff delivered outstanding service throughout our visit. Javier from Siempre restaurant was especially helpful, showing kindness and being very accommodating. I appreciated how he engaged with guests and shared useful tips about Cabo. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the food and drinks weren't impressive compared to other resorts I've experienced. Keep in mind the beach is not swimmable. "
