Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.

We are world travelers, stay in only the finest resorts and are among the most selective (read "picky") guests. That being said, Las Ventanas is an absolute paradise. Everything about this resort is perfect. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The food is exquisite. The drinks are top shelf. The pools are perfect. Our room was immaculate, with Bulgari accents throughout. But the one foundation that allows this resort to stand head and shoulders above all the rest is... the Service. There is...

This was by far our favorite vacation yet. The resort's focus to detail to make everyone's stay amazing, was a huge success. Our room, the view, the pools, the food, and the service, couldn't have been any better. We ventured off the resort once, and immediatly regretted it. The fear of missing out on the local scene quickly washed away with all the tourists and solicitors. We had some fun on wave runners, but couldn't wait to get back to the resort after. The adult pool at Esperanza was...

As an international consultant, I travel all over the world (sometimes several turns the same year), so far I have been in 72 countries so I know about hotels and benchmarks. We selected the Resort at Pedregal to spend our special wedding anniversary, I am glad we made this selection. This is one of the very best hotels I have been (if not the best). My wife fell in love with this place, everything was so perfect. The service is impecable, the food exquisite, the room perfect, and the building...

We loved the tranquility and quiet of the estancia, we love all the food and also our villa, it was excellent! Plus all the staff amazing. We’re planning to come back soon!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay immensely. This is a jewel of a place. We had an oceanfront room on the second floor with a good sized balcony. Very well appointed room. The service was great, the people so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding, with great food and a large staff. It seemed like we had 4 or 5 people waiting on us. Grito and Angel were as good as any I have encountered. We had dinner there a couple of years ago, a referral from a friend who goes to Cabo often. We...

Fun and Luxury Get Away

Resort is even better than it appears in the photos...how often does that happen? Lots of niceties like the free minibar (re-stocked daily), "treats" at the pool...fruit on a skewer, frozen fruit pops, soothing aloe treatment and sample cocktails!! No need to claim the "choice" lounge chairs at the pool early..there are plenty, all are choice. The staff is everywhere but somehow inconspicuous, accommodating in every way without leaving impression they are working for tips. The property is...

The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. The 3 restaurants we visited were immaculate, had gourmet food & excellent wait staff.

The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of...

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

Amazing service, consistently throughout the trip. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, gorgeous facilities. Best beachfront in San Jose del Cabo. And something most hotel reviewers don't often get to write: Kept every single guest calm, comfortable, and most importantly SAFE, during category 3 Hurricane Odile. This hotel, their management, and their staff, went so far above and beyond during the storm and in the days afterward, that words are not able to express my level of gratitude and amazement....

I had an amazing time! The staff at this property were above and beyond. From the concierge, reception to the pool and restaurant staff were AMAZING. Erik was súper profesional and polite. The Villa room was super clean and spacious. The view from my balcony was incredible. Morning coffee watching the whales from my balcony. ♥️ The only thing, is that entertainment is nice, however, after 8:30sh to 9:00 pm is over, and nothing after 10pm. So, if you want to have more fun you will have to go out...

The property was beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious with a huge balcony the had a hot tub and a gorgeous view. The full kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, but we ate at 2 of the 6 restaurants on the property and they served up delicious meals. Room service was delicious, too! Although the beach is not one that is recommended for swimming, the pools were wonderful with swim up bar and excellent service. There was not one time that we called that the...

Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

Our second time at this resort and can’t wait for our third. Beautiful resort, great location, awesome food and excellent service.

This resort is beautiful with spacious rooms, lots of swimming pools, delicious food and drinks, and a most amazing beach! The best part was the wonderful service. Our beautiful beach day was made even more wonderful by our AMAZING server Ismael Pacheco. Ismael was perfectly attentive - bringing us drinks, ice, food, water, and moving our umbrella as needed (this is a bit of work on the beach) and all with a smile! We also spent a day at the rooftop infinity pool watching the whales out in the...

This was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at. The grounds are immaculate,, the staff extremely accomodating and friendly..Every request answered/ arranged within minutes. Even room service delivered within 10 min. of ordering. 10/10 experience !!

Staff was amazing!!! Was not a fan of the time share desk, not understanding of the word NO!! I don't care if your giving me a free off site activity don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. I want to be at the amazing pool your resort offers for that 90 minutes you say it takes. Effrain is amazing (I hope I spelled his name correctly) 9/26/2023
