"My experience with the hotel was terrible I couldn't sleep with such a terrible too soft bed and pillows all night I had a strong neck pain because of the conditions of the bed and the restaurant had such a bad meal that the next day I had diarrhea with that bad food and my trip was terrible because of the malaise of my stomach I do not recommend this hotel"

A recommendation for improvement is offer more entertainment options, and organize better the buffet, for example provide serving zones away from main allergens, such as shellfish for example. And provide healthier food at breakfast, for example non fat dairy"
