“Hotel was great in general super pretty and felt very safe”

“We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available...

“We like the food the service is excellent the waitress and waiters are very friendly”
