Awesome views of the Ocean, Staff was outstanding everywhere, rooms were spotless clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were super well maintained and beautiful to view. We seen whales almost every day on the Ocean. This place is awesome!

The room was lovely, and it had excellent soundproofing, which was important to us as a family with a baby and a ten year old. Everything about our stay met or exceeded our expectations, but the real standout was the staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This property is secluded with a mini market on location conveninet for guests to buy many things and also the property has Gym, pickle ball court, tennis court. If anything i have to complain than i would say that they need to add pool activities for both kids and adults.

This is such a special place for our family! The staff is so friendly, the accommodations are beautiful, and the views are spectacular. A few shining stars that were exceptional with their service were Rafael at Las Marias Restaurant, Enrique at Los Riscos Restaurant, and Arturo and Jesus poolside at El Patio. Cesar at Los Patios was the best bartender EVER! He took such good care of us-great drinks and outstanding service. We will be back!

The resort setting is beautiful and perfectly designed for sunrise and sunset from almost every space. The food was above average with Miztos being my favorite spot The servers and staff were excellent - shout out to Leonardo driver - Iscar at the phase 1 bar, Sam Eleazar and Kevin at Miztos. Thank you to all the housekeeping staff who were on top of cleanliness and room service

Food in here was delicious! Lots of healthy choices and the all inclusive was amazing for the price! Staff was lovely and welcoming. You can’t swim in the beach due to rocks, you have to get transportation and go somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room was big and taken care of. I’d come to Hacienda encantada again!
