"Hotel was beautiful, lots of pools and activities to do and clean. Unfortunately we did have issues with our room with the AC being out for almost two days, a leak and the power going out a couple time la throughout our stay."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful except for Sara from the Risotto. Our room wasn’t the cleanest….it had a moldy smell and dirty funky sheets.
