"Recently stayed here and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the AC worked wonderfully, and the microwave and fridge functioned perfectly. The pillowcases were also great—nice and clean. However, the rest of the stay was a struggle. The toilet took four flushes to clear, and the bathroom ventilation was completely clogged with dust and didn't work. While the linens were clean, the bedsheets were full of cigarette burn "ventilation holes" (in a non-smoking room). 1 floor mat, 1 hand towel, and 2 face cloths were a dingy charcoal gray instead of white. When I checked the pillows, they looked about 6 years old and were the same dingy gray as the bathroom linens. I picked the two best-looking ones, but I’d bring my own pillow next time. 3 power outlets on one side of the room were dead. Chair was broken with ripped upholstery, yet I saw a guest smoking in his room who had a brand-new chair. The desk chair is cheap and not "fat-person approved." The windows were too dirty to see through, but the view was just a dumpster and an hall full of old mattresses anyway. My key cards deactivated every time I left the room. Staff blamed my phone and the heat, but even the spare key left on the dresser inside the AC stopped working. They had no answer on what was going on. So unless you want to visit the lobby every time you need to get into your room, be cautious. Great appliances, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and technical issues are a major headache. "

"Property on had 1 Handicap room ..booked reservation over a month ago. given a std room that bathroom couldnt be used by handicapped spouse =>with walker. walker wouldn't fit in bathroom door. UNSAT...was told handicap room room was already booked.. stayed there 4 nights. after 2 nights Handicap room became available. Bed was a full *for 2 people and bathroom toilet was right up against the wall leaving an awkward way to try to use bathroom..again especially with a walker. UNSAT Very disappointed in stay at this facility"

"Absolutely the worst place. Staff was rude when they finally showed up in what I guess you could call their lobby. The outside, inside and room looked nothing like the online pictures so do not believe any of them they are not pictures of this location. They had a jacked up car missing wheels in the back where we were to park. The room was so dated and everything was so old and beat up and moldy. They had two pillows the size of throw/couch pillows. Cigarette burns everywhere including the bed sheets. As soon as we saw the outside we were concerned. After waiting for staff and not being able to check in 30 minutes early we started looking around. This place is used for all the wrong reasons and even if you are desperate enough to have to stay here, I still wouldn’t. Sleeping in your car is a 100% a better option than this place. The place across the street saved us for the night. But townhouse is absolutely destroyed and not livable. "

"This place took our money and we're not even open. Then refused to give us a refund when we arrived and found the place completely abandoned! No staff, no renters, no access to main area for food, no breakfast as advertised! Be very wary and don't stay there!! "

"I was just stopping with my daughters on our way to Savannah from Michigan. The reviews looked great so we decided to stay. Room was $150 and we just needed a place to lay our heads. The elevator definitely needs some work… super loud and sounded like we would get stuck. My kids were afraid to ride it the next morning. The side door does not work to enter into the hotel so after parking my car on the side of the building after midnight… I had to walk all the way around to the front. We stayed on the top floor - smelled of marijuana when we exited the elevator. The room was clean thankfully. "
