“Friendly staff”

“Nobody at front desk, waited 30 minutes before anyone showed. Tv wasn’t working in room, claim the cable was cut. They did get tv working. Room was dingy, shampoo hardened spill in tub. Looked under sheets in bed to find hair and filth, slept on my own blanket. Frig in room made a groaning noise all night Will never book here again”

“The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.”

“Decent place for a good nights rest. Front desk staff was polite but no personality. Hot tub wouldnt stay on, pool area is in desprate need of fresh paint or sealant or whatever. Paint was peeling off all concrete surfaces. Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. Overall, the stay wasnt bad, just nothing special. *** Also it is the off season for the Dells and it was a weeknight. They may make more of an effort in busier higher price season.”

“Everything was great! It was a great weekend break with the family!”

“The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again.”
