"Rooms are very small. As a solo traveller it was fine, but if you had 2 adults and multiple suitcases I think it could feel claustrophobic. Bathroom space was tiny. Basically a toilet and shower in a small cubicle area. Shower water goes everywhere as there’s no shower door so floor can end up quite wet. Had to get extra bath mats to manage that. Sink is on the outside of the bathroom which is different. Room seemed clean. "

"This has one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. The location is excellent with Bugis being walkable . The breakfast was good but not excellent. It could have had more variety. Otherwise an excellent hotel."

"Lovely clean and comfortable room with balcony upgrade. Excellent buffet breakfast. Wonderful pool, bar and cafe. Great location, close to Chinatown and metro station. Highly recommend this hotel for location and price."

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."

"Great location, close to the Orchard MRT station and surprisingly quiet. The gym was good for staying in shape and the pool quite nice for an afternoon dip to cool off. Overall excellent value. "

Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."
