"Older hotel but nicely redone. We got a king room with city view and room was very large. The mattress must’ve been pretty new cause it was very comfortable and I never gave it a thought. The staff was all very nice and you feel like you’re friends with them immediately. Would stay here again for sure."

"Great location and all the amenities we needed. We were sightseeing and out and about, so this hotel was perfect for that. Only downsides were that we were on the 3rd floor and it was quite warm while we visited. The hotel has no AC and we were unable to open our windows. It got quite warm in the room so we wouldn't spend much time in there. That being said, everyone who worked there was kind and helpful and I would definitely stay again. "

My main issues were with the cleanliness of the rooms, like the floor being dirty, shower not clean and the dining table in the room had crumbs on it. Another issue was the elevator, several times it took me 10 minutes to get down to the lobby because the elevators were so slow. Also in the bathroom the faucet had too high of pressure and it wend"

"Central location, old style Pensione Hotel, Cental bathroom and that's ok. It's all about location! You're on Market Street close to everything you need. Parking is simple but park off Market OR you might get towed. Park and walk. Grab rooms towards the back. Less streetlight glare and street noise. "
