But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for. "Pros: location is directly opposite an amazing beach. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great room, probs the best bed we’ve had in Brazil over the last month. Room 12! Breakfast is ok. There’s a laundry service if you need it. They provide beach umbrella free but there’s only the proper patio chairs. Cons: there’s no restaurants nearby so you have to get a bus (b150 ever half hour) into Cabo Frio to eat. Although we’d paid on booking, we had to sign a credit card slip...? Why? We haven’t...
