"Brilliant location looking out to several beaches with immediate access from the hotel. Clean, well-maintained and spacious room although furnishings are dated. Breakfast and dinner are great with a wide selection include GF. Quality of individual items varies but generally very good. My only criticism is that there’s far too few sun beds for the number of guests, so they manage this by charging extra. We just spent the day away from the hotel instead. A few other things require modest additional charges, eg coffee pods, beach towels. Some nice local walks and a few shops and bars, but not too commercialised."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here. Everything was amazing we did half board with breakfast and dinner and they were both very good, the restaurant and staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing, our room was large with a large bathroom, the view from our room and the balcony were amazing and the drying rack is a bonus, the beach bar has the most amazing pizza and all on the most beautiful Cala. We will definitely be back!"

"I don’t know if I would stay here again, but I am glad I did. It was confusing from the start. When we arrived, there were two other cars waiting at the gate to enter. Everyone was equally confused about how to get in. The other two cars were wedding vendors. Eventually, the gate opened so one woman could run in, but then it soon shut after, so we continued waiting. Finally we got in. We walked a bit from the parking lot to the reception. The person at the reception was quite young and a bit aloof. She spent some time with the wedding vendors and did not acknowledge us at all. She ended up asking us to wait two minutes while she walked the vendors to some other part of the property. But of course it was longer than two minutes. Luckily, we had been on Mallorca for a few days, so we weren’t jet lagged, but it was a bit annoying, and I can’t imagine coming off a long flight to wait in the car, and then wait in the reception. When she came back, did not apologize for the wait and began checking us in. Even after checking in, she hesitated to ask if we needed help with our luggage. The parking was not too far, but it’s a rocky pebble driveway, which is not ideal for dragging a suitcase. The interaction was odd. She was not rude. It just seemed like her first day. Overall, we had a nice enough stay. The power went out once, but otherwise it’s nice. No complaints about the bed, bathroom, property. It was quirky!"

"We booked our 8-night early September stay based on glowing reviews, and from the moment we arrived, it surpassed every expectation. You can instantly tell this hotel is pure class—plush, boujee, and designed with serious style where no expense was spared on the decor and atmosphere. The foyer is breathtaking, leading into fresh, flowing spaces that feel even grander in person than in photos. The guests are equally lovely, creating a wonderfully elevated and peaceful crowd. Highlights of Our Stay: World-Class Dining: As seasoned travelers, the food was easily among the best we’ve had. The daily variety and quality were insane—fresh, healthy, and genuinely nourishing. Oceanfront Perfection: The downstairs pool overlooking the sea offers stunning views, direct ocean swimming access, and a scenic boardwalk right outside. Authentic Local Vibe: Set in a quiet Spanish area with charming local cafes and bars, completely free of tacky tourist strips. Perfect for switching off. Top-Tier Fitness & Vibes: The gym is outstanding, featuring an outdoor workout setup right over the water. Evenings feature classy rooftop live singers and DJs with exclusive beach-club energy. The staff were the absolute heart of our trip—so warm, attentive, and welcoming that nothing was ever too much trouble. It is the ultimate feel-good sanctuary to decompress and reset. We would return in a second and cannot recommend it highly enough!"

"Beautiful resort and amazing room; we will definitely come back again - we got the deluxe one bedroom suite and it was perfect for me, my husband and our 3yr old toddler; food is incredible and lots of options (recommend reserving ahead for dinner) - the all inclusive is definitely great as you don’t even need to sign anything, you show up, eat and leave which is great esp for kids who can be unpredictable at the dinner table ; beaches are shallow with extremely calm water which is great for little kids and the pools are great - esp the family one - the only suggestion for the resort is to add more golf carts for transport but overall we definitely felt like we were in a 5 star luxury resort"
