For the price and location, this was a very good choice. The staff was very helpful.
Positivos: price and location (you find everything in Downtown Cairo. Also, the staff is super friendly.
Áreas of improvement: they don’t accept credit card, don’t clean the room, it’s noisy (like all Downtown Cairo) and food isn’t good.
This has not been the most luxurious hotel we've been to, but definitely one of the hotels with the best staff! They were so incredibly friendly and the hotel is located in an area which is very busy, yes, but where as a tourist, you feel welcome and not scammed. We loved ohr stay very much annd definitely recommend it. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Will come again the next time we get to visit Egypt 🇪🇬

Meets Low Expectations
We just needed a place to sleep in between tour pick up so the price was right but you definitely get what you pay for. The hotel is located on the 7th floor of an otherwise abandoned building in the middle of the city. So location is good--plenty to eat and see but the location was a bit sketchy and when we came back from exploring the elevator wasn't functioning so it was a little scary walking 7 flights of stairs through an abandoned building. We encountered several stray cats and even a vagrant or two. Thankfully it wasn't dark out yet The people working in the hotel were friendly. The wifi never worked.
l had a great experience at this hotel. They helped me book taxis to and from the airport, handled my luggage, and provided a good breakfast. The room was super clean, and it was perfect for my needs. The internet was fast, and there were plenty of places to walk around, with many restaurants and convenience stores/supermarkets nearby.
Nada helped me plan my tours. I told them what I wanted to see, and they created a customized tour with a private guide who was amazing. Moamen was also very helpful, giving me great recommendations for places to eat near the hotel and sharing useful information about the sights I was touring.
Everyone at the hotel is so kind, and if you need anything, just message them-they respond as quickly as they can. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, and I will book here again when I return to Cairo.

Except for the street traffic sound everything was perfect.
Cigarette smoke everywhere. Guests were smoking in the rooms although it’s forbidden. The guys at the reception said” what shall we do, it’s Egypt, we don’t want to spoilt the (smoking) guests’ holidays. Unheard of.
Wifi was never, ever working, even after we put a wifi extender in.
Nice and friendly people working there, but that’s not making up for all these flaws and inconveniences.
If you’re not on a budget and don’t smoke, use wifi find a better place, seriously.
If you don't know that you are going to go inside the building and take the elevator up to 7th floor, it will be quite impossible to find this place when you arrive. In the booking confirmations, detailed instructions are not written, just the address. There are also no signs in the elevator, no signs downstairs (apart from an old sign above the entrance that is just visible from one side of the street).
The hotel is very basic so I have given points relating to its price, and not judging it compared to five-stars. Breakfast is served and each guest is given an egg, some break, a cheese and a small stew. I think also a drink is offered.
Room was OK, but simple and with much noise from the street. The worst was the toilet. It was clean enough, but strangely built with hand basin by the door, shower in the middle and toilet at the back. Shower had no curtains or walls. Drainage was slow and after a shower, it took several hours for the water to dry up on the floor. So after the shower, its better to not have to go to the toilet, or you will have to use shoes or bring plastic flip flops. Its best to shower before going to bed or before going to tour.
Location is quite good and its a lot of choices around, also walking distance to Egyptian Museum.
Staff are very service minded and friendly and will help you with everything you need, once you find the hotel.
