The hotel is lovely. But the surrounding area and the rest of the building is dirty and feels unsafe due to the men milling about and smoking at all hours. The area is filthy. But that's Cairo, so what can you do-it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is top notch, and anywhere else would be 5-star.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home. The hotel was very clean and our room was made daily, we stayed there 6 nights and we would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s very near to the Egyptian museum and shops etc.

The property was just like the photos. Staff knew me by name and were kind and friendly-they have a solution to any issue. Breakfast is included and prepared fresh every morning. The tours and guides were fantastic. PS. Book your tours through the hotel, seamless process with lunch and transportation included plus its PRIVATE (only you and your party). No complaints, 10/10

Emplacement difficile à trouver pour les chauffeurs. Personnels vraiment gentil et déjeuner délicieux. Insonorisation inexistante. On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors avec les klaxons +++.

This is a relatively new hotel, with everything new and clean, in a convenient location. I had very nice 4 nights here. The staffs are very professional and helpful. And I will stay here again in my future trip to Cairo

Personnel chaleureux et très bel hébergement. Le staff n'est pas insistant pour vendre des services supplémentaires ce qui est assez rare dans les hôtels en Egypte. L'avantage d'être à West Bank c'est le calme, l'inconvénient c'est le manque de mobilité à pied, on est loin de tout. Et quand vous faites oes trajets à pied, vous êtes sollicité toutes les 30 secondes pour un taxi.

Una buena opción de hotel para el Cairo

El interior del hotel está bastante nuevo, el exterior del edificio engaña, al igual que los ascensores y la entrada. Que renovasen estos mejoraría mucho la experiencia en el hotel. Las habitaciones dan a una calle ruidosa pero tienen el detalle de dar tapones para los oídos. El desayuno lo podrían mejorar.

We have stayed for few days during our Egypt trip. The hotel is some old deleric building. The room was ok just very noisy from the street on the other side of the building. Hotel is providing ear plugs. In the bathroom was such a bad smell that was coming from the pipes or air vent.

The room was great and the front desk people in the morning and at the night were exceptional and super friendly. Our room had a great view of the Nile, Cairo tower and couple hotels in the back ground with a wide view of the city. Overall much better experience than hotels specially for people that have programs and won’t be spending that much time in the room.

Great staff great price

The team couldn’t have been any better absolutely lovely people. If you are looking to visit the museum the location is a 5 minute walk away. I arrived earlier than check in and Mahmoud let me get into my room early. He also arranged for a taxi to the airport after I had already left that hotel. Overall a great service from great people. I was confused when the Uber driver dropped us off at the address. The building looks run down with old fashioned elevator. We didn't know how to get it to work. Thank God, someone came to the building and used it. I thought we have to climb up 5 floors. But, once we got to the hotel, everything was great. I talked to the staff. They said this hotel is about 3 months old and they will be improving the lobby of the building, adding signs soon

The floor where the hotel is , was no bad , the rest of the building is horrible, the stairs are scary and dirty, the elevator has no inside doors, and specifically be really careful if you buy any tour or Nilo cruise, they destroy our vacation by laying to us with a Nilo cruise, all they want is to get your money,don’t pay anything until you get it, better do everything on line, we almost lost $1800 , and ending not going to the Nile because of them
