Find All-inclusive Hotel in Cala Anguila-Cala Mendia

"Room was nice, a good size, and effective fans and aircon. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, but get enough drinks down you, and you won't mind so much. Rooms were cleaned 5 out of 7 days and the cleaners do a good job, and were mostly friendly. They do, "barge-in" on you if you are in, but was amusing and not intrusive really. "Arrived late in the evening, not what i expected. No A/C in the room, if not so late arriving would have turned around. For a 1 x night stay, not convenient car 1000m away offsite and room 600m from central bars. We went to bar, slow service 20 mins for a beer and wine. Room with fam did cool slightly during the night. Shewr bathroom excellent. "

"We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite. Extremely bad service"
