"This hotel is excellent. Small and quaint with a beautiful hidden garden off a private terrace. Very close to the down town. Wonderfully kept property. Lovely staff and Paola is the best. She helped us find amazing restaurants and the best sites to see. Incredibly kind and knowledgable and thoughtful. Paola even helped us with a restaurant in another town on our trip, after we had to leave the hotel. Thank you so much Paola!"

This I could live with, if it wasn't for the other issues. A TV (minus a remote) that did not work. No towels, unless you count something resembling a tea towel as a bath towel.
