"Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and will be coming back again in September. However, be mindful of where your room is. We opted this time for a standard room and ended up in room 139 (first floor at the back of the hotel near the bins), which were emptied every morning between 2am and 5am. We are light sleepers and this did wake us up. Go for a pool view if possible, or maybe a higher floor. The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely. Never any rush for a sunbed throughout the day. Staff are lovely. Free shuttle bus (10 minute ride) into Palma Nova is great for a beach day :)"

"Really nice room + amazing breakfast. Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town) Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool). "

"Beautiful views, very spacious room, pool and spa area is gorgeous and you could certainly spend all day there. Amenities in terms of within the room could be slightly better given the price tag and suite (mini bar and snacks were very highly priced, most hotels would be limited but free for a room such as this).
