“Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...

“위치도 좋고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 수영장도 크고 레스토랑도 맛있어요. 아쉬웠던 것은 샤워실 물이 너무 많이 세서 바닥이 다 젖었습니다.”

“위치는 예쁜 곳입니다. 다만 사진보다 객실이 다소 오래된 느낌이고 식사는 깔끔하지만 엄청 좋다는 느낌은 없고. 특히 0층 리셉션 라운지는 촌...스럽기 그지없습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하지만 가격대비 나쁘지않았고 친절하였습니다. 다만 럭셔리한 그런 느낌을 바라신다면 건너편 리우보난자플라야 여기로 가셔요 ㅋㅋ”

“허니문으로 방문했습니다. 바다뷰 룸에서 숙박하였는데 사진보다 실제로 더 좋아서 너무나 만족했습니다. 주변에 레스토랑도 몇군데 있어서 돌아다니기에도 좋았습니다.”

“This June was my 14th stay since 2015 and while the magnificent staff were as professional, friendly, helpful and kind as always, I was somewhat disappointed by some new changes that have arisen. The changes entailed an empty mini bar ( whereas each room used to have a full stock of soft drinks and beer to use without charge; now the fridge was empty). Furthermore the bathroom towels used to be luxurious big bath sheets but are now very thin small towels such as one would get in a three star...

“팔마 대성당이랑 차로 얼마 안걸리지만, 주차비 따로 내야하며, 예약당시에 본 사진만 보고 예약한 호텔이 아닌 바로 옆건물도 당신들이 운영하는 호텔이라며 생각지도 못한 건물 객실에 배정되었고, 온리 어덜츠?? 말이 성인이지 요양원인줄......;;;;;;;; 호텔 직원만 상냥했지 배정받은 객실 컨디션도 정말 마음에 들지 않았다. 머리카락이 여러군데 보이고 이불 또한 더러워서 방을 바꿔달라고 했지만 이미 예약이 다 차있는 상태라 객실 청소 담당 직원들이 와서 대충 치워주고 이불만 바꿔 주고 갔다. 사진 상으로 보이는 씨뷰가 아닌 다른 건물에서 보는 씨뷰는 동해안보다도 못한 곳이었다.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also extremely large with very good amenities. This hotel has one of the best Spas we have seen. It is truly wonderful.
