"We had an amazing holiday here at this eco friendly and sustainable hotel. From when we walked in the front door we felt so chilled. Our room was excellent with a big walk in shower, a massive bed and best of all very comfy pillows. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of comfy sun beds to use. We went half board and the buffet choice was extensive there was always something to choose. However what made the holiday was the attentive friendly staff who made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We can’t wait until we return next year. "

All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel facilities are great; the pool is lovely and padel court was a great surprise to us! No matter what time you go for breakfast, the selection of food is fresh and vast. "We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
