This was the first and last time I will stay at Crow Creek. OMG where do I start?? We were in bldg 13 unit #22. It was absolutely filthy. Upon entering the condo we found placards with rules on the counter. They were greasy and covered with a slight layer of grit. The envelope to tip housekeeping had been previously sealed and reopened for us to use. Like that was going to happen!! The walls in most of the rooms are sporadically covered with handprints and scuffs. There was a large greasy hand print above the light switch in the bedroom I was using. The area of the doors near handles are dirty. Clearly not wiped down. The carpet stains are absolutely gross. Deep cleaning wouldn't save that carpet. The shower liner in the master bathroom looked like someone vomit on it. I removed it and left it in the laundry room as it was not mine to burn. Several dishes were not washed and there was a used kcup in the Keurig. Due to the overall conditions of the place, we chose not to cook there and mostly used the guest bathroom. We woke early and stayed away as much as we possibly could. If they do charge damage fees why not replace carpet and repair the damage?? This place was rented to us in as is condition. Not satisfactory!!.
