Should do more entertaining at outdoors at night

Beautiful beaches, great snorkeling, most of staff members are amazing. Not so good: no physician at the property, only a nurse. You should be able to have at least an online consultation with a physician. Our daughter was bitten by a cat, and the only solution was to go to Montego Bay to the hospital, in a cab, to get any information and treatment. They should have sparkling water available at the buffet, some times, by the time they bring it, we would finish our meal. There is a very strong musty smell in some rooms on the first floor. Our friends had to switch a room after a few days, as they couldn't tolerate the smell. The variety of food in the buffet could be better for the 5 star resort. We still enjoyed our vacation, its a beautiful place.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our oceanfront property was nothing short of stunning—waking up every day with the view of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea was truly breathtaking. The resort offers a variety of exciting excursions, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed exploring local attractions and getting immersed in the rich culture of Jamaica. The all-inclusive package made the experience even better—food and drinks were readily available, and we never had to worry about additional costs. Whether it was refreshing cocktails by the pool or delicious meals at the various restaurants, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff at Grand Palladium was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food options were diverse, with multiple cuisines to satisfy all tastes. Our favorite part was having unlimited access to both food and drinks—truly a hassle-free vacation! The resort’s facilities were well-maintained, with lush tropical gardens, clean pools, and luxurious spa services. The atmosphere was laid-back yet lively, perfect for unwinding or joining in on activities. Overall, our time at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa was an unforgettable experience.

We had a wondeful time. Most of the staff was super nice and attentive. The front desk made multiple calls to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. This was our second time at the location and thrid in Jamaica overall. Definitely plan on going back with family.

One of my favorite resorts I’ve ever been to! The pool is massive, very clean and beautiful! Staff was friendly and helpful, loved the Steakhouse and Mo’Bay buffet!
