"The property is in a great location for restaurants etc. Breakfast was good and area well managed- very clean and well supplied. Front desk was friendly and helpful. My concern is the cleaning of the rooms… We were there for 1 week— used it as a base. Coffee and creamer etc was not refilled. towels/toilet paper etc were not refilled and had to call the front desk( easily replaced). The beds were made and garbage cleaned but not vacuumed, bathroom floor was not cleaned nor was the tub. Beds appeared old and bowed but were comfortable to sleep in. We did not use gym or other amenities. Only used parking and a bit tight in the underground but perfectly manageable. I wish the rooms were better cleaned, otherwise I would use and recommend the BestWestern in dt Calgary."

"There was road construction outside the hotel so it took a couple tries to find the entrance to the underground parking. Only there overnight, everything was good"
