“The Bluebird Cottage Inn is a lovely and low key lodging in Idyllwild. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and everything worked. It's quiet and Idyllwild is a beautiful small mountain town. We would stay here again.”

“Room was in basement w no windows except those on door. No robe. Stained coasters. Breakfast was tasty but delayed both days. Too expensive for what I got”

“The property is located in a beautiful area, however it seems not well maintained and lack of employees. Check in was smooth and the front dest person was very nice. It’s hard to get hold of anyone when you need help. The room has spider webs and spiders, the bathroom has mould on the ceiling and shower curtain was very dirty. We didn’t get to shower because there is no bath towels due to shut down of electricity. Not very pleasant stay!”

“My wife and our 2 working K9s stayed for 4 days during our SAR K9 workshop on the river. The room was clean and the testaments of a kitchenette was extremely nice to have. The hotel is across the street to a beach on the river, but packed from Friday to Sunday. The front desk was very helpful and their telling us up front about the thin walls was honest and they offer ear plugs however we did not need them. We stayed in a room that during the week we had no next door guest so it was quit, but...

“They charge a $100 "Cleaning Fee and the floor of the room was dirty with not only regular hair but also pubic hair. Gross. Didn't even wasn't to shower.”

“I would definitely would recommend this spot for couples. Love the quiet atmosphere. They had a double shower. Which is perfect for couples. close drive to everything we need(groceries, shop, restaurants). The only down side I have is that it’s near then main highway so you hear the traffic.”
