“Basic lodging. Comfortable bed. I asked the front desk staff if I could check in early but she said my room wasn’t ready and I would have to pay a fee for early check in. I told her to let me know when my room was ready bc I waited in the lobby. I waited 2 hrs in the lobby and my room was ready but front desk personnel didn’t inform me as I sat and waited in front of her. I also asked if she could help me find a private shuttle to take me to a place 3 hours away. She answered, “I don’t know”....
