Location is great. Cleanliness is poor, and staff aren’t especially helpful. Our balcony door was broken for 3 out of 4 nights, which was a security risk and didn’t help with sleep.

Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und auch immer zügig aufgefüllt. Der Kaffee war nicht mein Geschmack, aber das kann jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Un bon établissement reposant juste défaut la boisson payante pour le Dîner (meme de l’eau). La piscine de l’hôtel extérieur on pouvait même pas en profiter car les résidents ne font que être sur les transats personne va dedans donc pas d’intimité

Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal im Morlans Garden, dieses Mal in Haus 5 (Adults Only) mit einem Superior Deluxe Zimmer mit riesengroßer Dachterrasse nur für uns. Und wenn man nach einjähriger Pause vom Servicepersonal (hervorgehoben seien hier Iliaz, Loli, Melanie, Slavo und Toni) mit lautem Hallo und Umarmung Willkommen geheißen wird, fühlt es fast schon an als ob man nach Hause kommt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt mit kürzesten Wegen zum Strand und Bulevar. Von der Sauberkeit können sich viele andere Hotels eine große Scheibe abschneiden und das gesamte Personal ist in jedem Bereich super freundlich und überaus zuvorkommend. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass Kühlschränke standardmäßig in jedem Zimmer sein sollten (kann man derzeit für wenige Euro/Tag dazu buchen). Es wird definitiv nicht der letzte Aufenthalt im Hotel Morlans Garden in Paguera gewesen sein.

Useriøst og dårlig service

Hotellet var greit nok, når vi endelig kom inn på rommet. Vi var fem voksne og tre små barn i reisefølge. Hadde bestilt fire rom for det var berre dobbeltrom i høve søkemotoren. Når vi så kom til hotellet seint på kvelden ville resepsjonisten berre gje oss to rom, og sa at dei ikkje hadde fleire rom og at det ikkje var mulig å vera fleire enn to på kvart rom. Ho ville også ha meir penger for dei to romma ho skulle gje oss. Vi bestilte da eit rom på eit anna hotell for resten. Men da fekk vi brått dei fire romma som vi hadde betalt for i utgangspunktet, men vart ståande med kostnadene frå det andre hotellet på 9000 nkr for to dager. Når vi så kom opp på rommet var det på alle dei fire romma tre sengeplasser, så da hadde vi sengeplasser til 12 personer. Svært dårlig service.

Positiv - super Frühstück und Abendessen - reichlich Buffet Auswahl und immer warm - modernes sauberes Zimmer - sehr freundliches Personal - Lage sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. in der Umgebung Negativ - Safe muss extra gezahlt werden - Mini Kühlschrank gegen Gebühr - Parkplatz 7,50 am Tag ( zwingend erforderlich) - die Parksituation ohne gebuchten Parkplatz ist katastrophal, man kann nur weit weg parken - Zimmer sind sehr klein und der Balkon nicht sonderlich gemütlich - die badtür dient eher als sichtschutz, Schiebetür die nicht wirklich schließt oder dicht ist, für frische Paare eher unschön - das Hotel teilt sich in 5 Häusern auf, was ich persönlich als nicht so schön empfinde, Frühstück und Abendessen ist nur im Haupthaus

Das Personal ist supernett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen schmeckte hervorragend und die Auswahl war sehr umfangreich. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit unbequemen Matratzen - leider sind diese sehr dünn! Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Putzfee könnte ein bisschen gründlicher arbeiten und merken, dass die Duschhalterung nicht festhält. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel für 3 Sterne.

sehr nettes persönliches mit geringfügig überfordeten Personal, das sich aber sehr bemüht und äusserst freundlich ist. Speisen und Getränke immer frisch und ausreichend. Wunderbar angelegte Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Boulevard. legende "Toni" in der Bar noch immer in Topform und nicht wegzudenken. Zimmerreinigung erstklassig. einzig die Matratzen in den Zimmern grossteils etwas durchgelegen. Ausstattung genau wie angegeben.ich war mehrmals zu Gast im Morlans Garden und war immer sehr zu frieden, dennoch war es heuer mein letzter Besuch, da ich die Raucherdistriktionen nicht akzeptiere, was nichts an der guten Bewertung des Hotels ändert.
