โFantastic place on the garonne river. Loved having picnics outside and taste the wide selection of self pouring wines. Staff were excellent apart from a lady at the front desk that was kind of rude on the fact that we could not bring food to the swimming pool ( that wasnโt explained to us at check in ), she made us feel very uncomfortable. But the two other gentleman at the front desk were great!โ
โJust an incredible stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The linens, furniture, bed and bathroom were so comfortable. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We will be back! โ
โLovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms and modern furnishings. Beautiful decorations. Staff very helpful. 15 minutes walking distance to center. โ
โAbsolutely loved our time at Mama Shelter - from the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top bar was great. Rooms were bright and clean with plenty of space. Would recommend adding on breakfast downstairs as a highlight too.โ
