I had such a wonderful stay at the Lincolnville Motel after attending a wedding in the area. The property felt quiet, safe, and relaxing. Alice went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, sending me all the details for a late check-in and even leaving a light and fan on in my room. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly set this place apart. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
A little pricey, but after a week of camping it was great to have a clean bed and bathroom with quality soaps and lotions. Camden is a cool town with lots to do and only a few minute drive away.
I repeatedly read reviews saying folks wished they could’ve stayed longer and i wholeheartedly agree! Our little cabin was clean and charming and you get a little glimpse of the water over the meadow. The bathroom was a nice size and had lovely smelling Malin+Goetz toiletries. We loved reading on our little deck with our pup and listening to records.
We loved this place. Clean, comfortable, simple yet stylish decor, and the proprietor was welcoming & thoughtful. We enjoyed sipping the (delicious!) complimentary coffee while looking out over a meadow full of wild flowers and the ocean in the distance.

Property has a beautiful morning view from the back porch. Cabins are very small and poorly built. Very overpriced for this stay.
Rated slightly less than excellent since we didn't get the full experience because our stay was the weekend of Hurricane Lee with no power for most of our stay. That said the owner was on site, attentive and keep in communication. Would not hesitate to stay again.
Beds are soooo comfortable.
The owner greeted us personally. She had a cute welcome package. She gave us a tour and had even turned on the AC prior to our arrival. The room was clean and decorated in a vintage meets modern vibe. There is NO television. But there are lots of books, vinyl with a player in the room, games and a pool. Loved our stay

For starters Alice is a gracious host and has a unique setting. Unfortunately - not all guests are looking to be "off the grid". I was traveling for work. This facility though clean and quaint; had no continuous Internet connection, no television in the cabin and most importantly, hot water. You had to wait a good 4-5 minutes for it to warm up enough to get in. Having a note on the wall to explain the reason for this and the discoloration in the water - is not something a guest wants to read. Granted for $230, I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton; however, I was expecting the basics. Internet and hot water. As I said, our host was friendly and welcoming - the cabin lacking basics was not something I was prepared for after being on the road all day.
Outstanding stay very personal touches and cozy would be a great way to describe Lincolnville Motel, definitely would stay agin. Loved the record collection Thank You
Pulled in late at night, very tired and was really pleasantly surprised by the easy accessibility, cleanliness of each cabin and the incredible views of the water. The staff was really helpful the next morning the main lodge and room filled with books and cozy corners was really, really pretty. Very casual. Pool and sauna look adequate… didn’t try them.
A cute bungalow with a deck. It was a bit of a throw back in time with the phonograph, fan, and mini refrigerator. The pool was lovely. The host was very friendly.

Sweet, basic motel right on Route 1. The traffic dies down in the evening. A place to sleep and shower. No breakfast, but the morning coffee is outstanding!!

Our second visit and a little pricey for what you get. Small fridge in room and wimpy towels.
