“A lovely room. Light airy with big bathroom, comfy bed, excellent complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits in spacious room, with great view. Breakfast and evening meal all homemade/cooked. High standard and delicious.”

“We loved it. The George is so warm and welcoming (as opposed to perfect & swanky). The landlady was very friendly and eager to make sure we were happy and that attitude ran through all the staff who were all very kind. Dinner by the river was a highlight. The village doesn't have a lot of entertainment but it's charming and you can while away some time feeding the ducks at the castle (the shop sells duck feed).”

“The Rock Inn is an excellent stay for weary lodgers. With an amazing host, fantastic setting, great food and rooms that are both quiet, comfortable and clean- we enjoyed our stay there and came to consider our host a very good friend. Highly Recommended!”

“A nice stay. A lovely pub right in the middle of Frome. We stayed here to go to an event at the Cheese and Grain which was perfect. Just be aware that as the rooms are part of an active pub you may get some noise on busier nights”

“A lovely stop over with our dog. Room was fine and bed comfy. Ensuite bathroom was also fine and clean. Food in the pub was good and fresh especially the breakfast. Dog given a sausage which he was very greatful for. A perfect stop over in a peaceful location”

“Room wasn’t that clean The shower wasn’t easy to use because of the head room. The room was very basic. The restaurant didn’t tell us they were closing so the kids missed out on pudding. Breakfast most of the breads were dry and tasted like they had been left out. I ordered poached eggs and they were terrible. Basically shouldn’t offer poached eggs if they can’t make them. Stay was basic.”

“A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

“약간 산속에 있어서 찾기 힘들수도 있지만, 어짜피 차로 이동해서 숙소로 들어가실거면 Bath근처의 비싼 호텔보다는 훨씬 좋아요. 아침에 일어나면 주변에 아주 조용한 풍경에 감동입니다. 그리고 이곳의 음식들이 아주 맛있습니다. 숙소내부 리노베이션을 작년 가을에 다시 했다고 합니다. 그래서인지 아주 깨끗해요. 대중교통 여행객 아니고, 조용한 곳을 원하는 여행객이라면 저는 적극 추천입니다. ”
