"My biggest concern was that we were put on the 4th floor. Yes there was an elevator but we had to walk about a 1/4 of the hall to get to it and if there had been an emergency where we couldn't use the elevator, we would have had a problem as my wife has to use a walker to get around."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and the room provided plenty of space for luggage and moving around without feeling cramped. The bathroom was a standard size for a Holiday Inn Express and was well-stocked with essential amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of food and drink options, including eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, cereal, pastries, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained, and there were enough choices to accommodate different preferences. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be a comfortable and convenient option for visiting the Orem/Provo area."

"This hotel is VERY run down. Multiple cars in the parking lot where people are sleeping. There was no breakfast, NO customer service, and loud patrons outside until 2 AM. The hotel carpets look as though they haven’t been cleaned in years. I would avoid this hotel like the plague."
