The location is perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities very good. I like the hang out spots in the lobby to get some time out of the room. Bed was a little too hard for me but everything else was great! I would stay here again!

From the moment we entered the main doors we were greeted with a friendly front desk clerk, a nice aroma in the air - our room was clean and very nice. We got to enjoy the hot tub and pool. It was a very nice stay. The morning breakfast was a bit more upscale than a continental breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay.

My family and I really enjoyed the ascetic of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and seemed engaged in every conversation. The room was clean and well cool/heated. We were alittle disappointed about how cold the pool was when getting in it, but that is common in most hotels.

We enjoyed several aspects of our visit, particularly the location near Thanksgiving Point and the great customer service. The breakfast host was engaging and attentive, the pool and spa were clean, and the front desk team was always pleasant when we requested extra toiletries. However, cleanliness is a noticeable weak point. Our room’s shower had hair from previous guests, the drain emitted a noticeable odor at first, and the refrigerator had not been wiped out. The staff was kind enough to let us inspect other rooms, but they shared similar issues with sticky furniture and overlooked cleaning. If you plan on doing laundry during your stay, note that there is only one washer/dryer unit available, so timing can be tricky.

The overall property was clean but I had to ask twice to get the room cleaned on the second day without housekeeping and then request a second roll of toilet paper even after having the room cleaned. Breakfasts were really good. The pancake maker fascinated me and I can see where kids would get a kick out of it. Front desk staff were really friendly and nice. I appreciated the large rock area for walking my dog. I would have preferred no t to be so close to the freeway, so won’t stay here next year even though it was a good price. Freeway noise was just too loud.
