"We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."

"The host was really welcoming when we came in, and the hotel felt really comfortable. It kind of reminded me of a nice home-like apartment, and it was really well kept. The only thing that kind of put our family off was the bathroom, It was clean, but the water in the shower had an issue of flooding out into the bathroom (the main bathroom).
