After booking through Expedia and arriving at the Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe, the front desk agent (don't know her name) put us in a room in the 'Heavenly' tower. The view was great but the room was a disaster. Rickety and damaged old furniture with a bathroom that looked like it was from the 50's ...
