Couldn't find instructions for using the TV, and the remote didn't help. The biggest thing was the aur conditioner, which sounded like a motorcycle coming through the room every 10-15 minutes. Only stayed one night so none of this mattered that much. Reported these things on departure."

"The first thing that greeted us was the outside garbage container overflowing with garbage. Cleaning service personnel vaping as I walked by. The hallway carpeting was in great need to be vacuumed. "

"The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere."
