"Lovely sized room and balcony on the premium studio. Good amount of kitchen equipment, could do with a few additional items for the combi microwave to cook certain things with ease. A few little things like netting in the window could be replaced as it was a little worn and grubby but rooms were clean, staff were lovely and fantastic location. "

"This would be my 3rd visit at this hotel as with work pressures, I like to escape from home and check into an hotel for the night every now and then! Faheem and Halima were amazing! Halima went the extra mile and provided me with a lovely room on the 7th floor with stunning views. Thank youuu :) Both staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and look forward to my next visit. "

"Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but could do with having access to water and towels. Toilets in spa area had no paper towels all weekend to dry your hands, The gym had no water facility, there was only 1 towel available and nothing to wipe down the equipment after use even though it said to do so. Breakfast was average, staff in area were on mobile phone and not paying any attention to the guests, juices were warm coolers didn't seem to either not work or not switched on. A real shame as it was for a special occasion and felt a little let down."

"Tv not connected and therefore unusable; sole living space lamp not working; kitchen under cupboard lights not working; loose flooring in the kitchen; light diffusers missing. 45 minute wait to check in. Do I need to go on…. All issues raised with on site staff. "

"We arrived late. So obviously wanted to get checked in quickly. It was slow and the girl on reception was abrupt! We then went upstairs to get ready. My partner was using the hairdryer, which blew up, I immediately went downstairs to get a replacement. I was told housekeeping would bring one up later! I stressed the point it was needed asap. However, again I was told it was the job of housekeeping. So my partner could not dry her hair. Finally when we arrived back about 11.40 we were told the hairdryer had been replaced. The stay was disappointing. We travel a lot but will not return to this hotel!"

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."
