잘 선택한 숙소

가구,소파 등은 오래 되어 조금 낡았지만, 청결상태, 룸서비스, 주방기구,.직원의 친절 등등 대체로 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 주요 관광지까지 가기에 나쁘지 않았고 주변 환경도 좋았습니다.

The property description is not right. I booked one bedroom for 3 people. Normally there is a sofa bed . However there was none and property charged 40GBP per night for rollaway bed. 5 days out of 8 there was only one lift working for a hotel of hundreds of rooms. Internet is very slow and guest Internet is only for Bonvoy members

The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands.

Phenomenal staff! They really took care of our family during our 8 night stay. In nearly every way they were simply amazing! We easily caught the trains nearby and had an overabundance of food and shopping choices

Great stay

We booked an executive apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a peeler and scissors. Well kitted out incl a dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave.

Not Really Five Stars

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and I have to say I am finally fed up. This hotel sells itself as a 5 star hotel. It isn’t. It is dated and in urgent need of renovation. I stayed in one of the apartments on the 11th floor with my family. There is nothing special about this hotel and I would actually say it is closer to a 3 start hotel. The lobby is impressive, but that is it.

This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a studio to a one-bedroom, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. When we arrived at the room, it was about 90% ready. We happened to meet the room inspection manager, who felt the room had not yet been fully inspected and therefore did not approve it in its current state. She promptly arranged for housekeeping to return the same day to finish cleaning, which we appreciated as it was handled quickly and professionally. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. On our first day, I was contacted by email asking if there were any additional reasons for our stay. I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary; however, there was no acknowledgment of this during our stay, which was disappointing given that the hotel had asked for this information. Additionally, on our last day, housekeeping left four boxes of tissues, four rolls of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels—items that would have been more useful earlier in our stay rather than at the end. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an exceptional experience. Thank you.

I’ve been a Marriott club owner for more than 18 years , I have never had such bad experience at any other Marriott we stayed at. First , room was not ready when we arrived at 6 PM !! exhausted after a long flight from Los Angeles. Staff has been very slow to respond to any requests. We are accommodated into a small room until ours is ready. We were then moved to the room at night finally being able to get some sleep. Upon walking into the room I saw what looked like a dead fly on the nightstand next to our bed, I ignored it since we were dead tired. On Christmas eve, I start noticing many more of these bugs (flies) around the room and called the front desk who sends the security and said ok we will move you tomorrow since it is Christmas Eve. We were disgusted and upset and it totally ruined our vacation. The manager second morning contacted us and he offered to dry clean our clothes and bags, I agreed however he said because of the holidays we have to do it on two stages, I reluctantly agreed. However, this manager left on vacation and came another lady who tried to make us pay for the 2nd load of dry-cleaning service. I was outraged, however she then agreed to have the dry cleaning done. At the end of the stay they offered no apology for ruining our vacation. I will never be returning to this place and I’m writing to you here to investigate what happened.

best choice for family trip

If you're planning a medium-term stay in London, if you're traveling with a family, this is one of the best options. (1) It's a home away from home. Unlike a hotel, you have a living room. You can make your own breakfast if you don't want hotel breakfast. Of course, the breakfast that comes with your stay at the ground floor restaurant, Manhattan Grill, is also very good.(My wife still loves Omlet) (2) It's clean. There were comments from past users that the room needed remodeling, but the room was clean as if it had already been remodeled. The furniture is a bit old, but I can live with that. (3) Transportation is the best. It seems to be far away from Tower Bridge and Big Ben where tourists go. However, with access to the Elizabeth line, DLR, and subway (JUBILEE) as well as an Uber boat, I never felt like I was far away. You can also enjoy the unique night view of Canary Wharf. (4) Friendly staff I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff during my stay. I was impressed that when I had a problem or complaint, they tried their best to solve it. Thanks again to MEL and MARI. If we ever have the opportunity to visit London again, Marriott Apartments Canary Wharf will be the best choice for our family.

Unpleasant stay (not fit for 5 stars)

Serviced apartment needs renovation TV, kitchen supplies are very old. There is a fan running during the day which makes noise but guest are not allowed to control and can not open windows. Some of the staffs are not very professional and makes many mistakes. They have some problem with internal communication.
