Cancun, Quintana Roo hotel rooms at the Palladium

"The staff is super friendly and energetic. Food was good especially de restaurants. Beach was beautiful and the pools were always clean. Room was always cleaned well. We loved the entertainment. The hotel is pretty and big and although the hotel was fully booked it never felt too crowded or overwhelming. Bar staff was also nice and are happy to serve a variety of drinks. "

"I really loved the tranquility of the property and the staff was amazing as well as the variety of dining options. The pools and views were stunning. It was so hard to leave and I wished my stay was longer❤️ Charly our personal concierge was so helpful and thoughtful. "

"Checking in and any needs from front desk is a bit painfully time consuming. However after that the service and staff are extremely to timely and very nice. The multiple pools are fantastic. "

"Everything went well. We did the upgrade for the top shelf liquor and easy check in. Its not totally necessary because im not sure they are checking wristbands or anything. Rate this place 9/10 only negative is their lunch buffet is mid. "

"Good hotel only complaint is that their restaurants are too small to handle the amount of tourist it receives. Great pool atmosphere as well as the beach. There is a Starbucks about two blocks away. There is a mall (Puerto Marina Cancun) 1.7 miles away and is walkable. Taxis are also available on site, next time I will definitely visit Tulum Ave. Great hotel and great stay , was there Aug 3 through Aug 7 2025. "
