We had to cancel massage appointment at the spa, since one of us got burned in the sun, and could not make it to the appointment due to pain. Hotel still charged full fee. We tried to talk to supervisors about it, spent hours of valuable vacation time discussing it asking for a refund. Unfortunately, nothing helped. They did try to negotiate to lower the payment amount for the massage that was not performed. But in the end still charged the full amount. We wasted hours of precious vacation time trying to talk to the staff. Seems like one person doesn't know what the other one is doing- disorganized in this sense."
