No security guy stays at the swimming pool, a lot of peoples wear their sandal to the pool for washing the sandal. Super super terrible. I were so shocked. The lobby is renovating but don’t cover carefully, a lot of noise and smoke even night time.

The place should have AC in the entire resort, better drinks because they all tasted the same, and better quality and quantity of food in the restaurants. overall I had a great experience the staff are top 5 very polite, the pools were great, I loved the beach, the room was okay.

Worst experience, we saw a medium size cucaroch in the buffet walking near food. Hot tub water was yellow we were told to use cold water only because it was probably the heater. They have Alcohol bottles just for show, they serve you the cheapest alcohol you can imagine, for example I asked for tequila they have the bottle of hornitos on the wall but he gave me a cheaper one from the bottom, thinking that I didn't see what he did. MOST important there is no air conditioner in the hotel, only in the rooms and in some restaurants. If you can find something else go for it, this hotel is not worth it.
