โI happened to arrived at the hotel around 9:30 and the staff was so kind to let me check in and got some rest. The location was perfect for me to get around with business in Conroe. Kroger was one minute walk to fill the refregirator. Since I needed a transportation to IAH as no Ubers were working at 5am, they called a taxi for me. Room and services are second to none and will come back next time.^^โ
โWelcomed and professionally treated by Maddie/Madison in the front lobby. She was with a customer when we arrived but she acknowledged us and then helped us with our check in, that was probably the smoothest check in we have ever had. Maddie followed up to make sure all was great with our room and when we needed to stay an additional night, she made that process smooth as well. Thank you so much Maddie!!! โ
โThe Hyatt Regency Conroe is highly recommended. They do a very good job in all departments. The hotel is a newer property in an area that has a lot of second tier properties that are not up to standard. The quality of construction with better materials was evident throughout. Gym & pool area were nice and sufficient for the size of the hotel. Staff are well trained and professional. And, the most important members, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.โ
