However, when it had not yet been refunded, I called the Hotel Front Desk to follow up. They answered but put me on hold until the call disconnected. This happend 3 consecutive times. “I happened to arrived at the hotel around 9:30 and the staff was so kind to let me check in and got some rest. The location was perfect for me to get around with business in Conroe. Kroger was one minute walk to fill the refregirator. Since I needed a transportation to IAH as no Ubers were working at 5am, they called a taxi for me. Room and services are second to none and will come back next time.^^”
