Segunda vez que escolhemos o Serra Nevada. Excelente custo e benefício! Atendimento impecável, quarto ótimo, café da manhã ótimo. Crítica construtiva, academia simoles, podia ter um ventilador pelo menos, pois fica muito úmido lá dentro.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tive uma ótima impressão assim que cheguei. A equipe é muito solícita e simpática, me receberam muito bem oferecendo café e um deles se disponibilizou a fazer um tour pela propriedade, enquanto outro levou as malas até o meu quarto e o manobrista levou o meu carro até o estacionamento. A piscina aquecida e sauna são fantásticas, a localização e arquitetura são incríveis. O único problema que tive foi a cama de casal minúscula e barulhenta, tive que dormir na cama de solteiro pois não coube eu e minha noiva na cama de casal (nos 2 temos cerca de 1,75 e 1,78m). É importante relatar também que o chuveiro demorou cerca de 3 minutos para aquecer, eu me senti incomodado com isso também.

A estadia em sim muito boa. O único problema é o colchões muitos ruins. Os de solteiro muito duros para as crianças. E o de casal molas barulhenta e bem surradas e a acordar com dores nas costas foi tenso as últimas noites dormimos nos colchões das crianças que ficou menos pior e desconfortáveis por não cabermos nos colchões. Somente isso que atrapalhou um se não fosse isso seria mega excelente.
