Canon Frome

Travel Guide

St James' parish church, Canon Frome, Herefordshire, seen from the south. The tower was built around 1680 when the church was rebuilt after the Civil War. The rest of the church was designed by GF Bodley and built in 1860.

Roman Fort (site of) near Canon Frome Coourt According to the Os map the fort was located on the top of the rise. Close to Stretton Grandison on the roman road from Gloucester to Leominster.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and of a very large size which gave it a very homely feel. the kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. Very happy with the parking and location close to Gloucester Quay for shops/bars/restaurants.
