"Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised.
