We were warmly welcomed at the hotel — the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. "Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."

Waking up to a view of hot air balloons rising over the valleys was absolutely magical. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with local specialties and freshly baked goods enjoyed on a terrace with panoramic views."
