"I made the booking and my booking was confirmed by you. But when we arrived the hotel owner wanted to bring you to a cheap private house. We denied the shaby offer. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes)

"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "
"I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!"

"Hello,
Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable.
The host was incredibly considerate — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and even looking up the bus and train schedules for us as we waited on our last day. That small act of kindness left a big impression. It’s easy to see why this place has such a great reputation.
We had been a bit tense after a not-so-great stay at a previous hotel, but the host and staff here really helped us feel at ease.
We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and wish them all the best in everything ahead. Take care!"
"Agriturismo San Rocco is a treasure. Once you find it, you will never want to leave. It is a quiet paradise. The hotel features a large pool surrounded by greenery and a grass lawn. Plenty room to stretch out, with your family or that special someone. After soaking up the sun and retiring to your room for a rest, find your way to the amazing restaurant. Amazing food, incredible chef and a great staff, too."
