1. 숙소 가장 가까운 버스 정류장에 주차 할 수 있고, 도착 전 미리 연락하면 주차장 탑 층에 데리러옵니다. (네비/택시 탈 때 숙소말고 아래 버스정류장으로!)
2. 부득이하게 렌트를 못해서 버스를 타고 갔는데, 버스표는 버스 탈 때도 구매 가능하니 버스표가 없어도 고민말고 버스 타시면 됩니다. 검표원이 중간에 타서 표검사도 합니다.(버스는 평균 1시간 텀 / 기제된 시간보다 20~30분 늦게 올 수 있으니 포기말고 기다려보세요.)
3. 숙소 들어갈 때는 택시 탔는데, COMO.S.G 기차역에 운이 좋아 서있는 택시를 탔으나 잡기 어렵고 intaxi란 어플로 잡을 수 있던거 같던데...유심칩을 바꿔가 인증을 못받아 사용못했습니다. 택시비는 약 100유로 나왔습니다.

“You really come here for the spa, hotel is very nice as well. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend! ”
“The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. ”

The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. 특히 조식과일이 풍부하고 맛있었으며 대부분 직원분이 키를 주면 끝인데 이곳은 직접 캐리어를 끌고 같이 룸에가서 소개해주는 서비스가 인상적이었으며 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔임. ”

Dont know the name of the staff but, the lady at the arrival day gave my boy the present and she brought our suitcase to the room.
For the breakfast, the staff were fantastic. Although we dropped the cup and the cup was brkoen, they friendly made us relaxed.

“만족스럽던 숙박이었어요! 차 없는 뚜벅이라 사실 버스타고 다니기 어려웠는데요, 부근에 배를 탈 수 있는 곳이 있고 버스내리는 곳도 가까워서 다닐만은 했습니다. 그래도 차가 있으신 분이 숙박하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 추워서 물에서 노는 패들보트는 이용 못했지만 레스토랑도 만족스러웠구요, 호텔 조식도 맛있었어요!
싱글룸은 깔끔하고 사이즈는 당연히 작았지만 혼자 지내기 적당하구요.
다음에 차를 렌트해서 다시 방문하고 싶어요. ”
"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable.
There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom
Two things that could be improved:
1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead.
2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
