"Our room was neat and clean, we had fresh towels and water. There was filtered water avilable from dispensers in the main lobby hallway which was super helpful! Staff were so kind and inviting, by the end of the trip some of them knew us by name which was so lovely. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again 😊"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seres. Hotel: Check-in process after long travel was thankfully very easy. Our room had a pool and it felt well maintained and mostly private. Loved the doors in the bathroom leading outside to the desk. Cleaning staff came daily. Purified water bottles provided. And the front desk very responsive, helpful and quick if an issue arose or we needed something. Food: Breakfast was good and while some things were the same everyday they tried to include some variety daily. The fruit and juices were fresh. They even gave us to go breakfast when we had super earlier mornings/ excursions. Dinner was okay. The pizza was my favorite! Overall the food was overpriced for sure but it was just more convenient to eat here after a long day. Location: It is about 20-30 minutes from Ubudd central but grabs picked us up super quickly and easily. Overall would recommend. Felt like a peaceful stay overall."

"We have been staying at the same property from last 4 trips. Its location is at the centre of everything. If you like the happening place then it is the right place. Their buffet breakfast menu has all the varieties. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have the restaurants and the food is amazing. Over all we will definitely go back there."
