The location near the Rio Grande bike path is great and it is also right on Main Street for easy access to restaurants. It is a very noisy location. There is loud partying at night which goes until 12-1am in the morning on the weekends.
The property is old and the floors are creaky and slope downwards. The house has smells that emanate from the bathroom and kitchen (No garbage disposal). Food waste goes into the waste basket. You can't open any windows for ventilation. There is no toaster and the toaster over isn't usable. We used the oven broiler to toast bread.
