โJackson at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Made our check in process easy and accommodated our special requests. The only issue we have had is staying connected to the internet. Other than that it has been a comfortable stay. โ
โAbsolutely fantastic hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. Breakfast included with Hotels.com is just a $20 each allowance but the food here is excellent. Very happy with our stayโ
โThe gentleman that does the continental breakfast was super friendly and kind. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub super clean. The rooms were clean but check the corners also saw one little ant. The front desk worker really needs to up her customer service skills. We checked in on 9/25/25 not friendly had an attitude. We asked her one question about transportation wasn't too friendly. She needs to smile and at least provide directions or help customers that are just visiting the area. โ
โI recently stayed at the Best Western in Glenwood, and this was my second time as a guest. I had another great experience! The room was very clean, the location is convenient and walkable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety each of the three mornings we stayed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, which made for a great nightโs sleep. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will happily return again.โ
