"What an amazing property. Chantal, the owner, bent over backwards. It is such a unique place - with a rich history. We stayed above the stables in two apartments, very clean and comfortable. Chantal gave us access to the main house, with cards, billiards and more. And breakfast in the "grand dining" room was just fantastic. We truly wish we had more time, and another day to just relax there. She also gave us a recommendation for a great restaurant, not more than 5 minutes away. ...

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that's going on in the hotel...literally everything from toilet paper being pulled off the roll, drawers opening and closing, normal volume conversation, and of course, people having sex. If you have ever wondered what it's like to be inside plumbing, just wait for someone in another room flush... or better yet if 2 flush at the same time and you get the surround sound water rushing all around you.
